There is too much cynicism in your post OP, you could be more honest and say you want to screw everyone including developers because you don't have a dollar in your pocket.

You can look to do better things, there are plenty of opportunities to learn web3 development right now, when you see how "relatively complex it is" I'm sure you'll quit hassling other people's time and money.

I decided to create my own meme token. This is a serious project,.

You know that "meme token" should not be used together with "serious project"? Word "meme" is the oposit of the word "serious".
Serious project is ETH - first smart contract platform that changed the way we see crypto.
BNB - crypto exchange with the biggest traffic and volume that created BSC - chain with the biggest traffic and own coinmarketcap (crypto side with the biggest traffic).

Thats serious project. What your project plan to solve? What your project is about to create? oh ... nothing ... just a token with funny name? So its not a serious project. What your project need fouds for (from selling tokens) ? I guess only to buy CEO lambo.

I have no interest in making a rug pool or scam type project so if that’s what you’re into don’t reach out.

I think you dont even know what is rug pool and how to make it.

With my TikTok reach this token can make the founding team and early hodlers a fuckton of money.

This token will be shown to over a million people every day. Just need support on the technical side.

You plan to monetize all your audience by convincing them to buy something that has zero value (token of a project that does not solve any problem, does not create profit). Most of them will lose money. Big part of them will do all they can do destroy you (hate in every single video you will do in future). Think twice if you are sure you want to do this.
