It is similar to paypal and other fiat payment services, but currently is completely free (at least in europe it seems)
You can create the account in few minutes, then adding a credit/debit card, and you will be already able to send money, for free, to someone else.
I've asked if they are going to support SEPA Direct Debit, and they have replied that yes, they are working on it.

By giving your personal code to the other users that will make an account, both of you will receive 1 euro.
After you have opened the account, you have to write the code under the Promotions section.
As I said the special invitation are limited, so if a code stops working, you will have to find the code of someone else.
Maybe you can write down your code on this discussion

If you sent the payment to someone who has a Verse account, send them a request for an amount equal to your mistaken payment along with a note about why you are sending the request.
