I didnt see that part on page 4 where josh laughs at the prospect of a court subpoena to hand over documents. Funny thing.... It is illegal to use pre-order money to finance and develop a product. Which I am guessing is what they did. So there you go, Josh, you arrogant piece of shit. There's your grounds for a subpoena. Rather than being an arrogant prick, you should be INCREDIBLY FUCKING GRATEFUL that no-one has filed a lawsuit yet. I am confident that a lawsuit would break BFL, which would mean no more ASICs... Now, If BFL actually had any competition, this would be a GREAT move for said competitor.

Its sensible on forums to quote a person that you are criticizing if you don't want their post edited or deleted and you don't want people to wonder what you are talking about.

What a fucking scumbag. This is the reason that I could never bring myself to order from this company. I mean, this is the guy in charge. Supposed to have all of the responsibility of the company.
