The amount of addresses with 1000+ coins is so small, that it would be truly concerning if a newbie that popped around about a year ago had access to multiple 1000's of BTC and are actively looking for $5,000,000 deals within the currency exchange section of a public forum. Call me crazy, but I just don't see someone looking for $5,000,000 transactions to be advertising to the general public; anyone that has built that kind of fortune would be smarter about how they target potential clients.
Are you able to provide a signed message from an address with 1000 BTC? This should be no problem, as it is your minimum transaction size.
