PG, I think you will need to send him a certified letter demanding that he take it down. At least in my state/country I believe that's what you should do to make a formal piece of evidence, instead of just posting to an online forum. I'm just trying to help, GL with getting it down.

You can create an interest rate of whatever in america? You can not where I am. I can not give out a loan at 50% interest a day the court won't honour it even if the other party agrees...

I denounced that video within ~10 hours from the time it was first uploaded, but Joshua Zipkin of AMT is using it to further promote their product line while customers of theirs are still awaiting product ordered over 6 months ago or for a refund of which they are rightfully due according to US law.

Filming someone these days usually involves a well written release form, I guess you did not sign a release form?
It would seem they have used the video as a type of advertising promotional video and they did not pay you? They would have been better off giving you the miner straight across for the video then they would have an argument to the right to air the video, keep us updated here.
