You can just post in the regular discussion area. I don't think you have to pick one or the other; there are topics in that link if you scroll down. Otherwise legal would probably be a closer choice for what you need.

Where would I post questions about the legal or professional aspects of Bitcoin journalism? I'm writing multiple stories for college credit (1 elective credit if it passes their scrutiny, worth about $140 here), and I want to make sure I post in the right place.

I assumed Press, but it looks like its just stories on Bitcoin, so I assumes legal, but I'm only sure one is a legal question (story on Lolita City user).

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
