In addition, the prices s/he provides are cheap and that is a good indication of Scam.
Yes that was my first thought as i readed the thread of him !
And i guess if somebody buy the accounts they would be selled again for more !
Also if somebody buy one of this accounts and start using it ,
its possible that the accounts used before for shady things and they want to get rid of it and sell them
Of course, I believe the accounts being sold are hacked accounts. He is selling accounts at all ranks, which is impossible if someone can own it with the current ranking system. I don't believe if someone can trade freely merit without being detected.
