It's because you can't be bothered to read the stickies about the forum rules and ranking. If you have such little respect for the forum, then you will never rank up.
How anyone can be on the boards for more than a couple of days, and not have read about the merit system, is a mystery to me.
You should keep an eye on the Meta board to find out what is going on with the forum. This thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/merit-new-rank-requirements-2818350 will tell you everything you need to know about Merit. Read the whole OP and understand it before asking questions in the thread.
