Even though this topic has been dormant for a long time, there have been some developments;

It seems that the people behind this scam are the same as an older scam called Recyclix.

A Swedish Lawyer called Lars Olofsson who is spearheading a class action lawsuit in the JF case has uncovered the scammer's real identities. The similarities in the cases are striking, to say the least.

Read more here:

Also if you want the join the class action you can do so here:

Well.... These guys claimed they coming to South Africa. (where I live) so we will be glad to see you. We have a huge following here. So I guess I will see you in person lol

Ok firstly...

I grow cannabis myself 100% legally and I have smoked for over 10 years. I know what the hell it is that I am talking about over here. These guys are making up strain names. Why do they only grow 4 strains? 4 strains they made up names for. What THC and CBD content are in these strains? Do they contain NBD? I bet you don't even know what NBD is.

You claim one of your "plans" which btw look exactly like ponzi scams and investment games look. The profits you claim are insane. You haven't spoke about the cost of running this? Do you even know what running LED lights costs per gram of harvest?? Did you factor in if one day some insect decides to eat half the harvest? Or do you think cannabis is a magic bean that just grows? There is a reason it costs so much. It is not so easy to grow and anyone who tells you it is, is not worth listening to.

You just two guys taking a fat chance. You have not even shown us any cannabis. Show us some real herb in your hands. Better yet smoke it for us in front of the camera. WTF IS THE ISSUE!!!???

You then claim there is something to do with the use of cameras in South Africa?? Dude wtf?? You can record whatever you want here you don't need special permission you making excuses.
You can already shop online for cannabis so I don't know what you two are doing playing silly games.

Oh btw where is your grow?? I want to see standing in your grow.

Oh and the very funny part is when you claim you can make multiple harvests of the same plant?? Dude, can you use google? The plant lives once. You harvest once and its done.

So is this a seed ----> sale kind of thing? I've seen similar ideas bounced around previously, wasn't aware of this German offering.

Those of you who considered to invest into the project JuicyFields.io should take a few minutes to read through this:

A few days ago a friend of mine made me aware of the "Juicy Fields“ project. It pretends to be a crowd investing platform for medical cannabis, operated by the Berlin based start-up Juicy Grow GmbH (Potsdamer Str. 147, HRB 214650B). After taking a closer look at the site, I encountered many irregularities, which I would like to explain below:

According to the extract from the commercial register [L1], the company specifies to trade with “greenhouses” and “goods of all kinds.” In fact, it is an internet-based investment platform where customers are encouraged to invest in cannabis plants in order to later participate in the sale of the flowers. There are four investment models. The entry-level model attracts customers with a minimum investment of 50 euros, while the other three models have an entry-level sum of 2,000 euros. The customer is fooled into believing that the flowers are harvested up to four times a year. With each harvest, he would receive a fixed return share for a period of up to five years. The most expensive model promises up to 100% annual return.

The company does not provide any evidence whatsoever that the plants and plantations really exist. It is also not known who is responsible for the care and harvest or who controls and supervises it. The so-called Green Paper [L2] (equivalent to the White Paper) contains a lot of gibberish marketing and claims, but no verifiable facts.

SEPA, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether are available as payment methods. Payments made by using these payment methods are irreversible and barely traceable. A German bank account is suggested for the SEPA payment option (IBAN: DE26100179977126867827, BIC: HOLVDEB1). In fact, it’s not a German bank but the Finnish direct bank Holvi [L3], which according to its own statements, provides its business customers with an unlimited number of Business Mastercards and unlimited free cash withdrawals, which means that any number of free cash withdrawals are possible at different locations. Ideal for criminal operations.

There is no imprint on the page which is necessary by German law. The terms and conditions are written in English [L4], although a German company is legally obliged to publish their terms and conditions in German. Point 9.1 of the General Terms and Conditions contains a general disclaimer for damage of any kind, which is inadmissible according to § 309 No. 7 BGB [L5].

On the company’s Facebook page, there are numerous fake reviews* in the „Community“ area [L6]. These reviews come from fake user accounts that are used only for marketing purposes. All these accounts with names from the South Asian region (Nil B [L7], Siti Aisyah [L8], Md Farhad [L9], Khan Salman [L10], Jannate Himachal [L11] etc.) have 5,000 friends and advertise the same dubious ones Products, e.g. Cryptocurrencies / tokens (e.g. 3WM.io), investment products (e.g. EzyStayz.com), unregulated online casinos (e.g. KingCasino.io).
My comment on Facebook, where I asked Juicy Fields for a statement, was deleted. I was also blocked from commenting.

The managing director Viktor Bitner [L12] [L13], CEO Alan Glanse [L14] and all other employees who are listed in the contact area of the website have practically no further information outside of the LinkedIn network page. The LinkedIn profiles could be fake profiles or false identities. There is no other way to explain the non-existent chronicle of these people.

Juicy Fields only launched its platform a few months ago, is currently investing heavily in all kinds of advertising campaigns, buying video reviews on YouTube [L15] and recommendations on various blogs. Even Forbes magazine mentioned CEO Alan Glanse and his company in an article about Bitcoin millionaires [L16].
There are even planned trade fair visits, some of which have been postponed for Corona, some of which are organized virtually. But the mere fact that they are ready to present themselves at trade fairs shows the determination and audacity that must be behind this project. In the calendar, which can only be seen in the shop, visits to the Mary Jane and to the Medicinal Cannabis Congress on June 12th, to the Cannatech Tel Aviv on June 15th and to The Cannabis EXPO on October 22nd are registered [L17].

What I find so unusual about the project is the fact that the company has chosen a German headquarters. Such companies usually hide behind mailbox addresses in non-EU countries. The German GmbH was supposedly founded to generate trust among potential investors.

Cannabis and cryptocurrencies are topics especially for younger people . Inexperienced investors are particularly often victims of fraudulent sales and marketing systems.

Although I have no evidence that Juicy Fields is actually a fraudulent company, a Ponzi scheme or pyramid scheme can of course only be proven when it is too late.

I have already reported the company to Berlin Consumer Protection, the district office Schöneberg-Tempelhof, the police directorate section 41 Berlin-Schöneberg Nord, the LKA Berlin department 24 for cybercrime and internet fraud and the BaFin, but I am afraid that a simple initial suspicion without concrete evidence will not result in an investigation.

I hope that I could shed more light on this company and that some of you will rethink your investment.

______________
*I just learned that those reviews come from the bounty campaign advertised in this forum

You are claiming to be German, right?
There's a bad spelling error on your front page:

http://archive.is/UVaNY#selection-147.5-147.12

"Seien Sie unter den Ersten und tretten Sie bei"

If you are really German, you could explain the true meaning (in proper German) of the following "Mundart":

"Ei, des werd scho widder guud!"

What does it mean?

Heartfelt greetings stompix, glad that you paid attention to JuicyField. As noted earlier, JuicyFields story goes back to 2012, everything is born twice, first - thought, then action, in our case - 8 years between. 8 years of preparation: partner search, platform development, scientific research, and so on.

And again you avoid showing any proof that indeed your company goes back to 2012.
Is that so hard, do I have to drag every piece of information with a forceps out of you?

Seriously, you don't realize how damaging to you, even if you're a legit company this whole charade is?
Post the registration numbers of your 2012 company, even if defunct and that's it! Not all those lame-ass stories, do you have a clue how many scams are acting just like you do? How the hell can somebody trust you when you avoid posting data that would take you 3 seconds to do so?

Thank you for your question regarding dates, we already answered earlier in our chat, join https://t.me/juicyfieldsio/701. History of project starting from 2012 - we will publish a press release soon.

Yeah, yeah, I've heard that so many times..come to your telegram channel
No, you've come to this forum, offer the explanations here not on your f channel.

I asked some simple questions:
Why is the company two months old? Why are there no pics about your business our your farms?

Instead of the same excuse that you will explain on telegram, you could have wasted 2 minutes of answering them here.

Upon checking the linkedin profiles of their team members, seems their profiles are legit. And some of them have real experience in the cannabis industry.

What seems legit about them?
A CEO with no experience?

Look, here is a manager at juicydiocks, specialized in docks, even studied at a docks university

As for pics, we send them regularly via newsletter, here are a couple of examples:

We had a lot of conferences planned, you can see it in the calendar on the website, but due to the covid situation, these plans are temporarily on pause.
If you have more questions, please let us know, and of course, we would like to have correspondence on the forum without such phrases " on your f channel ", thank you for understanding.

I think you forgot to put your website link on this announcement thread. Its good to add it.
Thank you, Bitlover10! Updated  Cool
Everything looks good on this project except the part where they need to show who are the people running this project and what company are managing this project they are not showing anyone in their whitepaper they only post their partnership I have doubts on this project and I will not be surprised if this project ends up in the complaint section for lacking vital information.

They do actually have the whole list on their site on the contact section. I've doing some research on the whole proyect during the day, and besides a couple of questions about the bounty system itself, everything looked rather clear and legit; hope I'm right on that.....

What looks legit, an address and a phone number?
All their social media is full of banners and hashtags, there is no picture of the team, no picture of their business, nothing.
Two LinkedIn accounts, with zero prior experience:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/valentina-wolf-499910199/
https://de.linkedin.com/in/alan-glanse-946510192

Why do they say that they've founded the company in 2017 when Juicy Grow GmbH HRB 214650 B is not even two months old?
Quote
“Company”, “JuicyFields” or “we” means JuicyGrow GmbH., a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Germany.

Hmmmmm, I checked the Faq, withepaper terms and privacy policy, but didn't go to linkedin...

I've now checked their address on maps, and it looks like a residence building.

Even funnier, Linkedin profile says that the company was founded on 2012. Most of the Linkedin profiles aro working tough, so not sure why you could only see 2 of them.

I also got some strange doubts I asked on the telegram group, but if left unsolved, another red flag...

The whole site is starting to remind me of recyclix, and old site where you bought crap, they recycled it for you and then you got paid....

Thanks for the heads up too, it had been a while since I hadn't joined any project/bounty and I was looking for the good things rather than the red flags... My bad

Upon checking the linkedin profiles of their team members, seems their profiles are legit. And some of them have real experience in the cannabis industry. Let's see if someone will dig something about this project. But in my opinion, seems promising to me.  But not right time to hold any crowdfunding. Since some of the members have their own businesses, I think they can push thru this project without holding any collection of funds from the community.
Thank you for your support, Twinkledoe! We just launched our project this month and we don’t plan to close it, we plan to develop it and do our best to make our goal come true! In the nearest future we will make a Full Interview with our CEO where he will answer all of your questions about his way to building JuicyFields Cannabis Crowdgrowing Platform!
