3 x Antminer S1's will do about 600 GHs, overclocked and will cost 3 x 0.877 = 2.631 BTC. So your 550 GHs Jupiter should cost about 2.5 BTC, no?

That would work if technology is similar (which it isn't) and 0.877 for 180-200 GHs at 350-405W is the fair price (which it isn't).
Do the math: Antminers at 0.877 have a breakeven point at more than four months with free power.

Regards.

Technically it's 0.855 BTC with Bitmain's price drops.   Cheesy

But yes, it's about 3 or 4 months, breakeven at current difficulty.

I dont think is quite fair.

His jupiter is not overclocked and not 55nm like S1s.

Its 28nm and lower consumption, better technology, maybe little higher price.

you need a 1300 watt  pc to run 3 ant miner's at 600 ghs cheapest is 200 for an evga amazon has them

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-1300G2-ATX12V-120-G2-1300-XR/dp/B00COIZTZM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1397948364&sr=8-1&keywords=evga+1300

I would argue the s-1's with the evga are worth more then  you listed above.
