You only get paid on any pool when it hits a block. Kano has only hit one this week, so far.
If you want more frequent blocks, you goto a bigger pool, but your reward will be lower.

i think something is wrong somewhere and that is why your s9 is underperforming. If you are mining 0.0007bitcoin in a day how long will it take you to break even in your operational cost talk more of the cost of tools and softwares. I think asic9 is the latest mining tools for bitcoin mining and if this is truth with this your results then there is no need of going into mining business now. is this all should i expect every day ?

Kano works on the principle of PPLNS which ramps up and down, thus giving the rewards to the most loyal miners and preventing pool hopping but still giving a large reward. You'll see your mining rewards ramping up in the next day if you continue to mine there and if you stop you'll still get rewards, albeit ramping down to zero. Personally my favorite kind of reward system.
