You should just buy some btc on one of the big exchanges like bitstamp, btc-e, mt.gox maybe kraken or whatever and just hodl.
But only spent that much money that you can afford to lose, there is always a risk.

As you already mentioned yourself mining btc isnt profitable anymore, maybe mining some altcoins with your currently gpu and change them into btc can be worth while.

Also i dont think this free btc sites are worth the time you have to spent for it, but im not realy in that kind of earning btcs.

Hi fitafits,

Is it really worth while getting the free bitcoins from sites like that?
How much can you get each day, since i would think its not profitable any more.

Nosh*t there's such thing as DogeCoin now? Hah! Well this looks like playing with the stock market or something which I totally do not understand. I strongly agree that there are more exciting methods to earn bitcoins aside from earnings "bits" of it but I don't have either the money/equipment nor the skill/knowledge to do so (but I also want to learn).

So aside from BTCmining and virtual currency exchange, I'm hoping to know other websites that pays out some bitcoins to do some minor tasks or jobs. Like an ODesk thing, but it gives us bitcoins in return rather than real life money.

welcome!

Bitcoin is 5 years old now and requires some seriously expensive computer hardware to mine. What a lot of us are doing is looking for up and coming coins that can grow 50x, 100x, etc.  That's a lot more exciting in my opinion then trying to get fractions of bitcoins.  This is a great site to keep track of which coins are popular and how they're doing http://coinmarketcap.com/

Hey guys! Sup?

Alright, so I just learned about Bitcoins the other day from a close friend who has been bragging about how much Bitcoins he already has (1.88BTC) and he persuaded me to get into it too. Obviously, you'll be hearing alot of noobish stuffs in this post so please be kind to me. I have skimmed, scanned, and read things about this famous cyber currency for like 2 hours or so and I was like "holy cow, this sh*t's real!"

Okay, so I made my first online wallet at BlockChain like 24 hours ago and I seriously don't have any idea how to get bitcoins that very moment so I googled stuffs and read forum threads and found out the basic method on how to get them and I definitely know that these methods of mine are not the most ideal way of getting Bitcoins.

Well I started getting free bitcoins from sites that uses CoinBox every 30 minutes or so (scroll down to the bottom part of CoinBox's sites) and Free BitCo & Free BitCoin Lottery every hour or so. I loot some more precious bitcoins every 24 hours from BitcoinTree, BitCrate, and BitCoiner too!

I also click ads and visit websites to earn small amounts of uBTC @ BitVisitor, BTCClicks, CoinAd, and ClickBitCo and a faucet site where I can also do tasks and watch vids @ LandofBitcoin.

I'm looking forward to do some actual tasks @ CoinWorker or EarnCrypto.

If any of you who's generous enough to spend time and teach/help me earn bitcoins more efficiently, please share your experiences here when you started earning BitCoins... like how did you earn so fast? or what are the best trends to go about BTC earning? Take note that I am not into bitcoin mining as what I have read, it requires actual machinery and stuffs that is impossible for me to setup in a small house.

Cheerio,
fitafits
