I used wheezy distro and someone has bfgminer compiled for the RPI. You should be able to google it but there is a link in the BTCFPGA thread.

We found out we won on Tuesday and they had this badboy in the mail and Express Overnighted to us the very next day!
I always thought the modular design of these units was very cool and it looks even better in person. Here are pictures of the unit we took last night.
It was my wife's idea to tie the fan power lines like bows! Cleans it up a bit.
I'll be getting this mining by the weekend... as time permits
Then I'm hoping to run it off my RPi that has been sitting around since the first release
