Not really, I asked to reset 2FA and was forced to wait 3 weeks (even tho in the middle the event happened)

And now they have stopped replying, effectivelly locking me out of my account.

Does anyone know of another way to contact them ?

Contact dooglus on these forums. Failing 2FA is your fault, and not theirs.

That doesn't mean they can just take his coins, however.

They didn't take his coins. He just can't access them because of his own fault. The coins are still there.

Can he get his coins?
no.
Does he have any way of knowing where his coins are?
no.

Thus they took his coins until they decide to return them. This seems fairly clear cut to me.

Tough. If he lost his 2FA secret, its his own fault, and i would take his coins too. But I'm sure if he ever manages to reset 2FA, dooglus will give him his coins back, but its no ones fault but his for being retarded.
Have a nice day.

A long wait before a 2FA-reset is processed is a standard security practice. In the event that the request was made by someone other than the account owner, it gives the original account owner time to act.

They didn't run, everyone withdrew their money ages ago.

Seems like since they announced that they no longer handle BTC/DOGE, no one is handling support and people who "invested" can't withdraw.

Anyone knows what is going on ?
