That hadn't even occurred to me. These last few days I've been struggling to keep the site up and feeling like I'm the one being hard done by.
But when this happens on PrimeDice, Stunna's first reaction is "sorry guys, have some free money when we're back up!" That's amazing customer service, of the kind we should aspire to.
