Not your keys, not your coins!
adjust fee
For transaction fee, that can be adjusted manually.
If people are not hurrgy with their transactions, simply want to move and consolidate their coins; please apply these steps.
Bitcoin Transaction Fees - Everything in one
Remember modify wallet option to do this
I added some images to visually describe how to enable manually editing fees feature and how to manually set fees:

I picked Electrum due to the idea it was the most user friendly. Now I don't know what to but shove my thumb up my butt.

Problem is not is Electrum, it is very simple&user friendly wallet, but you are doing something wrong. If you have coins in your wallet, private key/s which control that coins, and internet connection - sending that coins to another address is something that requires less than one minute of time.

Click on Send -> copy / paste address from other wallet -> enter amount you want to send -> adjust fee -> Click Send.

I write you how to get private key from Electrum, and you can import that private key in any wallet that support importing of private keys - so if problem is in Electrum, just use any other wallet to get access to that stucked coins.

I picked Electrum due to the idea it was the most user friendly. Now I don't know what to but shove my thumb up my butt.
For starters, you could try answering some of the questions that people are asking rather than waving your arms in the air and saying "woe is me, my coins are stuck in Electrum".

We understand that you are currently struggling with Electrum. However, your coins are not stuck. There are multiple ways for you to be able to spend your coins. You seem to be a bit confused with regards to "bech32" (aka "bc1") addresses being invalid and that you won't be able to send these coins anywhere.

That simply is not correct. While some other wallets/websites will flag a "bc1" address as "invalid" and refuse to send to it... it does not stop you from sending from a "bc1" address to any other address.

Simply:
"Bad" wallet/website --> "bc1" address = NO
Good wallet/website --> "bc1" address = YES
"bc1" address --> ANY wallet/website = YES!

Now, if you absolutely must be able to receive funds from a "bad" wallet/website that refuses to send to a "bc1" address... you have two options:

1. Create a new "Legacy" wallet that uses "1" addressees
2. Create a new "Nested SegWit" wallet that uses "3" addresses

Both of these address types are fully "backwards" compatible and should be recognised as "valid" by every wallet/website that uses Bitcoin. You can then simply send all the funds from your "bc1" wallet to you new Legacy or Nested SegWit wallet.

Now, to get back to you "other" problem:
I tried Sending that last of my money but it simply just says to Me "Invalid Amount" which makes totally zero sense at all.
... so everyone understands my specific problem which is I can't Send Money to ANYONE from my Electrum Wallet...
Let's try and fix this issue... you say you are attempting to send the Bitcoins out, but you are unable to do so. There can be multiple reasons that this is occurring, so we'll need to do some troubleshooting to figure out the root cause.

When you try to send the coins, can you please explain, step by step, what you're doing on the "Send" tab in Electrum, describing at what point you get an error and what the exact error message is... and if you could take a screenshot of the error message being generated, that would be incredibly helpful. Smiley

If you'd rather not post the screenshots publicly for privacy reasons and/or you're not able to blur/obfuscate bitcoin addresses/amounts in a picture editor etc, you can feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to try and assist.

porkandbeansboy, obviously you have a problem with Electrum wallet and for some reason you can not send your coins to any other wallet. What I would advise you as an alternative solution is that you get private key of address where you have Bitcoin stored and then import / sweep that private key in other wallet.

To do that in your Electrum go to Addresses -> Right click on address which is hold your coins -> Click Private Key - Copy Private Key.

Now when you have private key, you need wallet to import that key - and I am not sure which wallet is support importing of native segwit private keys, but I know that Coinomi wallet is support sweep of private keys (with sweep you need to pay for transaction).

This is just a option to get access to your coins, but you should be very careful with download of any wallet and how you handle sensitive info (seed&private keys).

Well what am I supposed to do wait for these Websites to Update the Bitcoin Codes. lmfao I am such a moron for thinking "Oh a Desktop Wallet like Electrum that everyone raves about being safer than Web Wallet Accounts or whatever your exact terminology for it is but that is OFF-TOPIC! What is ON-TOPIC is I am now stuck with an Electrum Wallet on my Computer with like a lot Money I thought it would be more SAFE but it clearly is not as I can't spend it.

Electrum is both, safer and more secure, than any web wallet out there.

How many Years do I have to wait for these Websites specifically www.blockchain.com Accounts to Accept my darn Bitcoin from my Electrum Wallet which I NEVER EVER SHOULD OF DOWNLOADED! I'm ready cry to here I spent hours and hours and hours of Researching to get nowhere but here.

You don't need to wait at all.

They already accept your BTC, regardless from which address you are sending.
You can send funds from your bech32 address (bc1..) to ANY other address and the other party WILL accept it.

In another Thread or somewhere I read my Seed Key is not going to be able Idk what people were talking about as if I'm not New to Electrum but what is a Root Key and how do I get it since I am planning to get a New Hard-Drive which is the reason I am trying to Send my Bitcoin to another Wallet on a different Computer until my New one is fully working.

You need your mnemonic code (12 words) to restore your wallet. You should have a backup of it already. You were told so when setting up the wallet.
To get your mnemonic code, open electrum -> click on 'wallet" -> click on 'seed'. These 12 words are used to derive all private keys of your wallet file. Make a physical backup.

Can you please describe your problem more precisely ?
You can send your funds to ANY website. What exactly is the problem ?

And please answer my questions. Without answering them i won't be able to help you:

[...]
If you open your wallet, do you see your bc1.. address and the received funds ? Or does it show 0 balance ? Is your wallet synced (green dot at the bottom right corner) ?
You should be able to simply send your funds using your bc1.. wallet. Did you already try that? If so, what didn't work ?

Your money is not stuck.

As far as i understood, you created a segwit wallet (bc1.. address), received funds to it.. and later created a legacy or nested-segwit wallet (1... or 3... addresses) with the same mnemonic code.

You obviously can only access your funds from the native segwit wallet (address starting with bc1.. ).

What exactly is the problem ?
If you open your wallet, do you see your bc1.. address and the received funds ? Or does it show 0 balance ? Is your wallet synced (green dot at the bottom right corner) ?
You should be able to simply send your funds using your bc1.. wallet. Did you already try that? If so, what didn't work ?

I have Updated to Electrum Wallet Version 3.3.8 by the way or whatever the Newest Version is in hopes that it would fix my horrible issue as the Segwit and or Legacy Wallet does not seem to be allowing Me to Send the Bitcoin from the Segwit Wallet to Legacy Wallet or the Wallet that has my Bitcoin will literally not be Accepted by ANYONE'S WALLET why is that!?

You can always send your funds to any other address, regardless of which address type you are using.
Your BTC will be accepted by every other wallet.

The only 'problem' is that you might not use your bc1.. address in some websites (e.g. use as withdrawal address).
This is not a problem of the BTC network, but the websites are simply outdated. They see that the address doesn't start with 1.. or 3.. and say 'invalid address'. They simply havn't been updated for years.

The Segwit Wallet won't allow my Bitcoins to be Sent to anyone because of unknown reasons to Me. It seems my Money is completely stuck in my Electrum Wallet since nobody can seem to help me it will take Years for them to make it so the new "Receive BC1 Addresses" etc.

I have followed the advice of everyone and it has got Me nowhere but wasting countless Hours trying to get my Bitcoin out of this Electrum Wallet which I wish I never Downloaded and just stayed with my www.blockchain.com Account. I can't even Send the Bitcoin back to the blockchain Account. I don't know what to do about this problem as I don't even know how to explain it in PERFECT Technical Terms so everyone understands my specific problem which is I can't Send Money to ANYONE from my Electrum Wallet it is sitting there just loosing Value as my Bitcoin worth has gone down by like 10$ or some but hopefully it bounces back up and I can figure this out with the help of people here.

. I made a New Wallet that is a Legacy instead of Segwit Wallet which I am trying to Send the Money to the Legacy Wallet due to the BC1 Receive Address won't let Me Receive or Send Bitcoin. Except it says BTC next to the Send Bitcoin thing on the Electrum Wallet?

This is the problem.
Please read what pooya87 said

You need to create a wallet that is segwit, like your original one that has the funds.

I tried Sending that last of my money but it simply just says to Me "Invalid Amount" which makes totally zero sense at all.
You will only get that error I guess if you send with insufficient or 0 balance. Having set your currency as USD and sending in BTC will do I guess, but having set your currency in BTC and sending in USD will have an error.

How do I fix this as I think this might be the problem I was copying and pasting the amount in Bitcoin into the Electrum Wallet and trying to Send it. Except it says BTC right next to the spot where you type in the Bitcoin Amount.

What exactly did you try and type into the "send" dialog? Did you attempt to type in an amount in BTC or an amount in USD? Huh

~ that I need to Restore my Wallet and change it to Legacy option or some other option so it uses a New BC1 being first 3 Letters and Number for the Receiving Address.

you can't just choose any wallet type you want when you are restoring your wallet from Seed or Master key because the conversion doesn't work that way. you have to choose the same wallet type as you had before. for instance if the address you received bitcoin in and currently has balance that you want to spend was starting with 1 then you have to choose legacy, if it started with bc1 then you have to choose segwit and so on.

Am I doing the "New/Restore" the Electrum Wallet wrong or something? Or am I simply going to have to let my 200USD in Bitcoin sit in my Electrum 3.3.6 Version until a New Version comes out for other Wallets and www.blockchain.com Web Accounts Wallets or whatever manage to start using what I understand is a new form of Receiving Address that starts with a BC1?
which wallet or tool did you originally use to create your "seed phrase"?
what letters does the address that currently has the 200 USD worth of bitcoin start with?

What did I do wrong? I set up an Electrum Wallet Account and from I can tell from the reading. In the threads here and googling it is that I need to Restore my Wallet and change it to Legacy option or some other option so it uses a New BC1 being first 3 Letters and Number for the Receiving Address. I can't Send out any of my Bitcoin and I got like 200USD in it right now how do I get it out?

I tried Sending that last of my money but it simply just says to Me "Invalid Amount" which makes totally zero sense at all. I went to New/Restore Wallet and tried using my Seed Code to make a new Wallet despite Selecting the "Legacy" Option instead of the other two options which WERE SEGWIT and SEGWIT SOMETHING wooPS Caps Lock... I Sent out 200USD to a different place but it's the www.blockchain.com Web Account "Wallet" thing.

I was planning to Send the Money to that Account on ww.blockchain.com and then Sending it to the intended Wallet I couldn't Send to from my Electrum Wallet which never worked out the way I planned.
