I don't think that your Member level is important in escrow services as far as trust factor is concerned.
But yes, I can say that below Full Member accounts might not get used as escrows due to higher probability of getting scammed.
Yes, agreed. Although I would trust legendary member with 2 trust over a full member with 10 trust.
