Kashmir Premier League has already ended and next year we may see another edition of KPL as well as PSL.

I asked this question before also and I would like to ask again whether we should be having separate threads for these tournaments to give them more visibility or if the current cricketing threads are enough.

Your opinions are welcome and I will lock this thread within 48 hours.

Yes, that's a sad ending for the tournament as we did not have the opportunity to see the matches as matches including the final abandoned due to rain.
There is a lot of flood and rain currently in Pakistan and many people are in deep trouble due to this crisis. There is nothing much we can do about these natural disasters.

Anyways, it's Sohaib Malik's team Mirpur who won the KPL season 2.

I dont know but for a quite time i used to follow the season but after that a day ago suddenly i got excited to know who won but on the tracking table there was shown Match abandoned and I didn't understood what happened so from that time no updates but if Mirpur Royals really won then thats good for them.

Thats a sad part that famous players cant join but that good as well, as now we know that if famous players are not participating then local talent has a chance to stand above them. May be we can have a freah talented national player. I think there should be more series like KPL. That can Stand us on the Better International level.

Yeah, due to no international players playing in KPL, the interest for the bitcointalk users is not much in this series. Also, KPL is not being broadcast internationally making viewership a lot less.

Pakistan has series with Netherlands and not with Ireland. There are still many T20I players available on Pakistan for KPL.

Does this mean that it is only broadcasted in Pakistan? They need to include the international players if they need international recognition for this tournament.

Yes, my bad, Pakistan has the series with the Netherlands. Will the main players will be going to the Netherlands as the Netherlands is a weak team and the Pakistan B team can also show some good performances if the main players are busy in kpl?

For second question yes you are right It's directly conflicting with this tour and many players are going to miss which is replaced by local players and mostly foreign players are not coming here due to BCCI threat they will not allow players those will play here in this league.

Pakistan has so much talent of cricket that even without international players they can have a successful KPL. KPL is best example that even without international players you can have a successful t20 league.
Last year Gibbs was there in KPL not sure whether he is joining in this year or not. One more thing KPL must have few players from Azad Jammu and Kashmir also.

@UmerIdress good work by you mate we need some good activity here for Pakistan as well because we have no solid platform and no one trying to do things like this hopefully as this event will start I will contribute something positive because I am also big fan of cricket and specially T-20 is surely amazing lets wait for start, and we will have some good discussion about this.

So this is second edition of KPL. I am supporting Muzaffarabad tigers because of Hafeez aka professor. The Muzaffarabad stadium where KPL is being played has breathtaking views, will defiantly try to there and see the match in person.
