I don't see why keep talking and bumping this thread about CoinURL. It's been a while since they've been gone, and the website is not even online anymore.

I haven't used it again since I started this thread; and I don't think I'll ever give them another chance to steal my money.

This is the first thread I've read about CoinUrl and they already sound scrummy. Any recommendations for a legit URL shortening service that pays?

This is the same thing happening to me.  My coinurl clicks - clearly written -from different countries have been on the pending list since I joined.

I added another website some days ago. Anytime the discover that I didn't put the adcode on my website within a week of registration, they will put reject status on the website with a flameless reason.

Thirdly, the worst thing about coin URL is that they deliberately reduce the number of clicks on the link shortner.there was a day I just clicked on my link shortner 5x and when I checked on my panel, I discovered that it was only 3 credited. Where is the remaining 2 clicks??? Now think of a large scale.  If an individual will receive 60% of every link shortner click, that means some "Capone administrator " or manager will receive 40% of your link shortener click. Do the maths!!!  Times 40% of clicks per user link shortener by 1000 publisher account.

That administrator must be another adbit.biz thief in the making

He needs to be stopped before he ruin the company.

Anyway my third point is just my opinion. I may be wrong.

Thanks for this report. I've been using CoinURL for the past 1½ month. The transactions list of paid clicks on ads have been building up with "Pending" in the payment status. The first 2 weeks was credited to my account on CoinURL, but all clicks since 21 March has been pending. The admin has replied to me to be patient. They do state that the pending can be for several weeks. I will give them 1 mor week of clearing these clicks up and probably remove the code for their ads when I hit 1 month of uncredited clicks.
This is no way of running a legit business. They give me far less than Google Ads do, but I wish to support Bitcoin alternatives, and this is what we get. No wonder people are turning against Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency in general.

I'll update in a week or two and tell everyone how it went.

I used to defend coinurl but over the last couple months they've been worse than ever. They're in an easy position, making commissions from advertising with little work, yet they struggle to set up a consistent payment schedule. It's been 2 months since my last successful withdrawal, when they used to send them 2-3 times a week. I think they have been a victim of their own success and simply don't care about publishers because they have so many.

Indeed, that site has its issue for not paying their user, and once you get huge profit there they will ban you and they will email you that you brrak some of their rules, or they will ban you without any reasons.

I have a lot of sites and thinking of using Coinurl I hardly can find decent reviews about coinurl being a scam site here on Bitcointalk, anyway thanks for posting this.I would like to see other users confirm this post if they are indeed a scam site now.

Hola,

I noted on the changelog you just removed CoinURL from pending list.
CoinURL must be on the confirmed scam list, they are scam; they scammed me, like this:

What happened::
I had signed up for an account with them a few years in the past. I worked decently some time in the past.
In fact, here I show you tree paymets they made me on the past:

https://blockchain.info/es/address/14s6Jui216yGCrsz594Vr63u5taUikJxfz
This was my CoinURL-only address.

As you can see, that was back on 2014.
I decided to try other options, so I stoped using CoinURL for some time.

Since 2016/november, I started to give CoinURL a new chance.

I had to re-submit my website and waited for them to accept it and activate it.
Then problems begun.

I configured their autoshortener script on my website; clicks were counted on CoinURL user panel, but not even a single click of those shortened where paid.
Same thing happened for the adslots clicks. My (legit) users where clicking, but rows of "N/A" were filled on my CoinURL account.

I had never paid for any tipe of traffic to my website, nor requested my users to click on ads. In fact, I am using AdSense and Mellow ads with no issues (other than low earnings).

Clicks from 2016/November to 2017/January/11st where N/Aded. So I retired CoinURL's autoshortener script from my website and keeped only one single adslot  (four in total: CoinURL's, AdSense, MellowAds and ProjectWonderful).

I did request a new payment on 2017/feb/8th. My account was quickly banned.
Longest resposne I have gotten from AP is

Additional Notes:
2017/Feb: The payment I request was to a different bitcoin address, as I'm in love with my vanity address:

There you can see some bits earned from mellowads and others for an android app I am not using anymore.
MellowAds payour request proceeded with no issues, but CoinURL opted to just ban my account.

Will provide aditonal info if needed and if on my hands.

Please, keep away from this un-professional people.
