Yes, your wallet is just a file called wallet.dat. You can back it up where ever you want it.

Also, it's often recommended that you also encrypt your backup wallet files. This would be good advice in case your USB drive falls into the wrong hands. Just search online for file encryption tools.

Im pretty sure i read this but i wanted to make sure its possible. I want to know if you can keep your wallet on your USB drive. Once my wallet hits 100Bitcoins in my wallet i was going to move it on a spare USB drive and start a new wallet.
