If you hate reading you can just visit Bitcoin podcasts, there are tons of these even on spotify. Most of the time when I'm riding, the podcast is always if my first choice to listen.

You may follow several,of them so that there will be many ideas to listen. Coindesk podcast or Simply Bitcoin sometimes have different views on news.

Do you think reading too many news is good?

I don't think it is good and it can affect your emotion, psychology then decision will be affected with more news you read.

Getting updated is good.  More than that I believe depends on the person taking in too much information.

Rather than reading news, I think you can do a better thing, reading on-chain data, charts and reports like from Glassnode, Glassnode Insights.
Glassnode: https://glassnode.com/
Glassnode Insights: https://insights.glassnode.com/

Or Coinmetrics.io Insights, State of the market: https://coinmetrics.io/insights/

News can be faked and you can not verify it is faked, fud or not but on-chain data can be verified.

I agree but not all people know how to read on-chain data nor know that there is really an existing on-chain data.  Aside from that people are more interested in public opinion and discussion so we won't blame them to be more active in looking for this kind of news and articles.

https://cryptopanic.com

Here you go. This is a website that gathers all of the news in a single place. All the famous crypto twitter people are there too, and all the news website of crypto is in there and many other stuff, you can check the prices and movements as well for certain coins. Basically one stop shop for everything you may need. Ther are also "latest" news parts and the trending ones as well, that way you get to see which ones are getting more attention, there are so many useless news so checking only the latest would not give you anything, you may miss the important ones but if you check the trending ones then you will be able to actually make some profit from it if you know the trending information. I personally used this since it started, great advantage when you are investing.

I'll have to check this out, sounds very interesting. That is pretty much exactly what i'm looking for. Do they also have a social media page?

I don't really need to know the news the first couple of minutes/hours it comes in and I am mainly interested in bitcoin so a lot of times, the forum does the job for me. Thank you to all the members who kept me updated with their threads lol.

Another is reddit. I use it a lot so I've joined several bitcoin related subreddits and also made custom feeds to categorize them lol. OSS's news bot seemed good as well so I plan to sub when I've created a telegram account again.

Reading your post, op, I figured I should drop the thread about news aggregators we had last time, see: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/i-forgot-about-that-site-in-which-we-can-see-all-latest-news-at-one-platform-5448024

Free Crypto Faucet in Trustdice

I'm really looking forward to the feedback on this one. In addition to news sources, feel free to just post any other crypto related sources for readily available information such as countdowns to crypto related events, crypto games, crypto charts, etc etc.
For information globally, I still use BitcoinMagazine.com, Coindesk.com, and several other sources such as Twitter, which are only fleeting when they do have information that has not been posted by other channels. As for local news, I personally need it in order to see how far Bitcoin is moving and to what extent people in my country really have accurate information in understanding Bitcoin. Basically, I am always open to any channel of information and in fact, have more reading sources even though further research is needed to ensure that the information obtained is truly accountable.

Looking for campaign manager? Contact icopress!
When I have the time and mood I go through the noise (!) of crypto twitter and filter it by comparing it with the reality from bitcointalk.
Plus sometimes I read the news from https://defidive.com/news?filter=bitcoin

If you want Bitcoin-only news: BitcoinMagazine.com (or their twitter).

For all crypto-related news and events then there's /r/CryptoCurrency (maybe you can check once a day or so).

And if you want to know about the news as soon as they're published, then you can take a look at my telegram channel (still under development): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5445015.0;topicseen

What are your top sites where you get your Bitcoin/Crypto news from? Lets just start right off the bat here, only drop links that come from credible sources.

But I am interested to know where do you go to get all the most recent, accurate, and fortifying Bitcoin information from news outlets online? shoot even tabloids and newspaper programs i don't care where the info comes from, a magazine? Anything you think is worth sharing.

Also, I am curious how much time you spend on any given week searching the web for information on current events, future events, news, research, etc on crypto related information.

I'm really looking forward to the feedback on this one. In addition to news sources, feel free to just post any other crypto related sources for readily available information such as countdowns to crypto related events, crypto games, crypto charts, etc etc.

Cheers,
