Looks like some sort of feud he's having with another individual, and that this is his way of taking revenge, through forum-backed links so his name will generate SEO, and this pops up when you'll google his name..
(Eg. "Keith Harville SCAMMER".)

Seems like a poor display of character from Stackgambler, although i do not know the ins and outs of this story, who's right and who's wrong.

This thread should probably be moved to Investigations as it's essentially doxxing.
