KenCoin team is still here, they just have announced an Airdrop/Bounty recently. They just have released new website also
I heard that company was mainly funded by private fund and investors pool. I know they have raised more in pre-sale than during ICO

The reddit post is more than 3 months old it would have been better if you posted this before.
I checked their ico address they have barely raised 200 eth which is less for a ico but enough for a scammer , i checked the users who sent money to their address and indeed no tokens were sent in return nor the site isn't secure also it's better if investors stay away from this scam thanks for informing us.
Edit : I asked the team in slack they claim that the tokens will be sent after ico while it's mentioned automatically after making payments.

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure this one is a scam, there is no smart contract on this address that is supposed to "automatically credit you".
