You have conditions for depositing

Quote
Please note that every asset type has its minimum deposit.

And conditions for withdrawal

Quote
1% but not lower than 3 times the network fee

This means to have low service fees, the transactions must be small. Otherwise, if I decide to withdraw $10,000 from the service, this will cost me $100, while the average Bitcoin withdrawal fee is $32.64 (0.0005044 BTC), and most services have low fees. Such as Coinbase $3.44 OKX $3.24 MEXC $12.94 BUT you have minimum deposit amount.

You did not specify a network fee, so you can add additional fees to the network fee.

There can be on internal transactions but conversion rates between cryptocurrencies can be poor and networks like BSC are decentralized and the network/wtoken fees are less than $1.

NOTE: We do charge a fee for withdrawals! It's 1% + network fee.

I still haven't been able to find the advantages of this service.
So, there is no fee between your users, but in the end, someone still has to pay you 1% for withdrawing. Why would anyone do that, when there are so many cheaper solutions?
"Send Bitcoin and more without fees on internal transactions!" as an important feature it is not particularly significant, some exchanges like Binance have had it for a long time.

You haven't changed it and I will not suggest any title because it's not my platform that I'm promoting, you just have to be transparent, people are educated to know the difference, you know how your platform works don't make them believe in something that it's not, you make it appear it's free but there's a catch.

I've updated the title to better reflect that fee-free transactions are internal, aiming to remove possible ambiguity or potential misunderstanding. Thank you for bringing this up!

Even withdrawing can be the same as sending Bitcoin to an external addressa and yet you charge fees for it
Therefore, your title is completely misleading.

I don't really understand the business model of your service. Isn't this basically a centralized exchange?

To me, it looks more like a centralized custodial wallet.

The title is clickbait it looks good reading that you can send Bitcoin without fees knowing that it's not possible but when you read the whole part on how it works it's actually about internal transactions on a centralized wallet, something that is not new to us, but OP treated us like that we don't know that.
OP should be clear and specific on the title it appears to be misleading.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns.

Indeed, Keterion operates as a custodial service facilitating the transfer of supported cryptocurrencies among users within our platform. We are also actively working on introducing exchange functionalities and the ability to accept payments, which are currently in development.

A service like Keterion does have its niche and use cases where its functionalities offer value to users.

Your feedback regarding the title is appreciated, and I am open to updating it to better reflect the essence of our service. If you have a good suggestion, I would love to hear it.

2. User Privacy: we value your privacy and do not require much data to create an account.
I hope I'm wrong, but it appears that your definition of privacy is way different from the rest of the community:
- Nothing good can come out of trusting third-party services to protect our data (e.g. amount of data breaches in the past year or so)!

  • e.g.
we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other information required for account setup.

We may share your information with:

    Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to assist with various aspects of our Services, such as data storage and processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations;

Thank you for taking the time to review our user agreement.

Our user agreement aims to address a wide range of scenarios, ensuring clarity and transparency in how we handle user data. For instance, when users create a basic account, we only require minimal PII, such as an email address. This minimal requirement allows users to start using our service and run transactions within it.

As we continue to develop our platform, we plan to introduce features such as Accepting Payments for merchants. In compliance with legal regulations, merchant accounts may require additional data. Our user agreement is designed to accommodate such scenarios.

Regarding our privacy terms, it's important to note that we utilize third-party service providers for hosting and running our platform. This is a common practice in the industry, and the paragraph you highlighted indicates our commitment to ensuring the confidentiality and security of user data when engaging with these providers.

TY, I appreciate your feedback!

At Keterion, we believe in the power of cryptocurrencies to revolutionize the global economy. However, we also recognize the limitations and challenges that come with blockchain transactions - its exorbitant fees. That's why we've developed Keterion – a payment system that offers internal transfers with zero fees.
So you want to ''help'' the people with high transaction fees, but in the same time you are charging users with 1% withdrawal fees plus additional transaction fees Cheesy
Now all we have to do is trust you to keep coins safu on your wallet, this is actually worse than most centralized exchanges are doing today.
Hight transaction fees can be solved much easier with Lightning or Liquid network, and there is higher chance those will be accepted on more third party websites than unknown ''keterion''.

Therefore, your title is completely misleading.
It actually mentioned that free transfer is only for transfers only in which most or i say all exchanges do the same.
But having withdrawal fees in percentage rate is too much then there's a plus for network fee.

1. No Fees On Internal Transfers: users send their assets to other users fee-free.
It's worth mentioning that Keterion isn't the only platform that charges nothing for internal transfers!

I don't want to be too negative, but this is the first time I've seen any platform that has labeled having a customer support system as a key feature [offering such things should be the bare minimum].

Dear Bitcointalk Community,

I am thrilled to announce the launch of Keterion - a digital assets payment system that is set to redefine the way we transact with cryptocurrencies.

At Keterion, we believe in the power of cryptocurrencies to revolutionize the global economy. However, we also recognize the limitations and challenges that come with blockchain transactions - its exorbitant fees. That's why we've developed Keterion – a payment system that offers internal transfers with zero fees.

Our Key Features:

1. No Fees On Internal Transfers: users send their assets to other users fee-free.

2. Accepting Payments in Crypto: Integrate with our API to start accepting payments with Keterion.

3. User Privacy: we value your privacy and do not require much data to create an account.

4. Customer Support: Have a question or need assistance? Create a support ticket and we provide you with the help you need.

How It Works:

Step 1. Deposit supported asset to a depositing address.

Step 2. Claim your deposit to top up your wallet balance to send it to other users' wallets.

Step 3. Withdraw your wallet balance to your blockchain address.

NOTE: We do charge a fee for withdrawals! It's 1% + network fee.

Features currently in development:

1. Accepting payments using internal wallets balances. DONE!✔️

2. Order based exchange system.
