It seems way too hard, almost like a punishing diet, torture like. I think just eating better is more beneficial along with exercise. Eat meat & greens plus daily exercise will help you lose weight but be healthy too.

Ive been on the keto diet for 9 months now if anyone is thinking about keto now the holiday seasons are over us.

I got professional help from this danish dude who has been interviwed alot the last few years about keto and nutrition and who runs this website. I recomend you visit a website in your own languange about the diet and if it is for you talk to your doctor. I will be more than happy to share my experinces with you guys from the past 9 months that i have been following a ketogenic lifestyle. For me it has worked wonders with 63lb lost (29 kg). Keep in mind i had professional help and the guidance of my doctor who is really cool and who helped research the subject for me.

For quick weight loss, you can use a vegan keto diet (you can also study about fasting, there are a huge number of books about this, and it is also useful, because the body is cleansed and self-healing). But for a regular diet, you can use a non-strict vegan keto diet.
Can you please give some ideas and opinion about this Vegan Keto diet? My cousin wanted to try this and He's asking about how , what i searched in the internet is somewhat not that with Vouch.

Yes, something like that. I eat pretty basic food, mostly salads. For example - with a lot of different greens, avocados, raw olive oil (or linseed, hemp, sesame), some simple vegetables, some wheat germ (or mung bean, etc.), pine nuts (or walnuts, Brazil nuts, etc.) a little spice or garlic + a little lemon.

Of course, this is not all that I eat. You can think of many different interesting dishes. Everyone has their own eating habits, so I think it's best to start from that. You just need to keep in mind the proportion of fats and carbs that needs to be observed, and then it will work in the best way. You can also watch on YouTube what exactly other people eat who have tried this type of diet Smiley

Anyone here tried Keto Diet ? I am interesting in learning more about the same.

Also, do you forsee fitness and nutrition industry use case with crypto in future ?
A friend of mine from US is encouraging me to try this Keto but i'm afraid because now I have a High cholesterol and i don't know if this will really helps.

But  one of our friend is successful in this diet .

I used keto diet on myself 10 years ago. I didn't know about the existence of keto diet then, but I wanted to lose weight. And I just stopped eating everything that is made of flour, any pasta, stopped eating everything that tastes sweet. Well, and less carbs in general. And I lost a lot of weight in 4 months. People didn't recognize me, and everyone admired my results. Besides, I did a lot of training back then (really a lot). And after 4 months of such a diet, I looked quite muscular, very prominent (like bodybuilders in competitions) and very hardy and healthy.

But then I didn't know about the dangers of animal food. My main diet was fatty cottage cheese, milk, and everything else that people usually eat.

But now I understand that you can lose weight even better and faster on a vegan keto diet (and it much much more useful)
- Eliminate all sweet things altogether
- Eat less
- Eat salads with herbs, avocado, vegetables, virgin raw oil (olive, flaxseed, sesame, hemp, etc.), with nuts
- Come up with different combinations and you will see the result soon.

It is easier for the body to take energy from fat than from carbs, so this vegan keto diet can be used whenever you want. (as opposed to the meat-based keto diet, because it is bad for the body, and after a year or two you will feel it).

Those that want to try this diet. First of all, pay a visit to a nutritionist. Keto is effective but it couldn't be for all people. We don't have the same appetite for food and it can react differently for doing this.

That's why it is very important to consult an expert first before doing it.

A lot of social media women are pushing this but I dunno. Good old fashioned exercise, eating well & drinking water is good enough for the average person to lose weight & get healthier.
