Depression a shock that brings about loss if physical fitness of human, which occurs from unforseen circumstances, having mental health effects including illness, financial unbalance, loss of hope and appetite in life activities.

Our economy today is one example that have put many in depression from frying pan to fire situation.

Dippresion is proces where people face alot of challenges that cause some physical mental and emotional imbalance due the following: poverty, emotional trauma, health issues, lack of socialisation and many other factors. All this I have listed is the reason behind most dippresion.

There are many causes that cause us to become depressed. According to scientific language, dopamine is a factor that directly affects our emotions. The ability to create dopamine is affected, leading to emotional abnormalities. Normally, I find it is also partly due to an unhealthy living environment and unbalanced living habits.

I also had stressful times and really felt pressured, but when I realized I needed to change to make life more positive and didn't want to be in the same situation anymore, that was the stage when I entered a new state. .

No matter how small/big, we all have to face many adversities in life, don't hide, face everything and be strong. As for genetic cases, I don't have much experience, but perhaps they also need support from people around them and doctors to resolve the condition.

depression is a state of mind…. some people with depression often have a low level of happiness and productivity i know some people who are unable to carry out daily tasks because of depression its hard to put into words things you have never really experienced before but what i imagine is they would see the world as black and white

There have been so much life that taken just because of Depression , a friend of mine back in
Highschool , We thought that he has angry management but nope it is depression that made Him suicide .
It is like this heavy cloud that sticks around, making everything feel gloomy. It messes with your thoughts, feelings and how you go about your day. It's different for everyone but getting help from pros like therapists is key to finding your way out.I just hope that everyone who experience will always a find a way to continue living

Depression is a psychological problem. Your mind and intellect are not responding to anything. Since this is a psychological problem, it is best to focus on self-improvement rather than relying on drugs.

Three steps should be followed to overcome depression. The first is to figure out what I'm worried about.
The second level is to think about how reasonable or how bad or serious the issue is and to think about something more serious or worse that could happen.
 And thirdly because what has happened to me cannot be undone so I have to find a way to improve from here and get down to business. Only then can you get relief from depression.

Depression can bring suicidal thoughts but it happens to the people who are deeply affected but in general most of the depressed people can become normal and continue their healthy life if they have socializing skills and dumping the feelings can make the individual feel choked and lead to further complications.

Depression is a bad thing Many people suffer from depression these days. Depression can be called a type of mental illness. People suffering from depression should seek advice from friends, family or a doctor. But besides this, you also need to do things that will improve your mental health. Although it's hard to find hope in the midst of depression remember that depression can be treated to make you feel better.

Well when I was a young boy I did get depression because I was sometimes by myself alot. My mother did leave me to go out and do things meaning I was to take care of myself. This did make me sad and depressed I did not know what was going to happen to me next.

We can work on our depression by talking to other people about our depression. There is people that will listen to you if you are not well and feeling depression. It is a mental state that all people have to go through in their life.

Depression in my opinion is the inability to do things you usually do before which affect you in everything. Either by thinking faculty, it reduces smartness that implies that you become doll. It Leed to soliloquy alway talking to yourself. hallucination is also another symptom of depression. So we really need to be careful on how we over think ourselves in Oder not to enter depression.

There is a significant difference between depression and depressed

One is a mental state and one is an emotional state anyone could experience the latter and sometimes it is even said to be normal to experience from time to time on the other hand depression has something to do with the brain when the brain lacks a specific hormone it affects the rest of the function of the brain thus affecting that individual’s everyday life

Having depression usually requires therapy and some medication it is not something that can be cured just by saying encouraging things however that could help but it would not be the only cure

I think that there is no need to differentiate the meaning for each person of what that means because what's important is all of us should understand it and how someone deals with it.

The truth about it when someone is going through a tough situation with depression, he/she probably sees no help coming and that's why you should be there first to show the support and love to that person having that problem.

It's hard to battle on with it when you're alone.

Depression is a mental state when the person can be very vulnerable but today people often assume their work stress is also a depression but two are very different kind of things. To diagnose depression we need a medical professional not on our own by watching some random YouTube videos.

Depression can occur for various reasons and it should be treated with proper medication followed by councelling to get rid off it and it'sa long time process and more often it requires life long medication to live normal life.
