I do not think roadmap milestone can be regarded as an achievement or an indication that a project is good.
Good projects are always accepted. Remember when trust wallet started out? And now get used by almost all crypto earners? Those are types of assessments to look forward too.
Another focal point in crypto is this, either the project has a good review or perfect roadmap fulfillment. It does not necessarily translate to a better price on exchange

Roadmap milestones and high volume are important and easy to detect. Assessing utility, metrics, and market fit, while not easy to detect, are even more important. Specifically:
Utility cashflow for burns, hodl incentives, & dump prevention.
Good Metrics low inflation rate, wide distribution, & valuation that offers good upside.
Great Fundamentals utmost transparency, active community, & effective marketing for a product that has market-fit
