Yeah you are right. If you post in the service section, more designers will see your thread and so you will get so many choices. You can even post in http://xbtfreelancer.com, your project details .There also you will find many developers. Its actually a bidding system where freelancers place bid on your project and you can select any of them according to their experience and your budget. All the best for your new project.

Agree, the SERVICES section on the forum is currently where most of the
design work is being advertised both for designers and clients.
I am involved with a few design threads there also.

You can catch many attentions if you post this one on the right section but seems you don't give any update for your needs, But if you need it then bump me up maybe i will try to show my designs if you need some guy to help you with that.
But could you post some little Hints on what concept are you finding at so that we can include it to our portfolia and made the design as easy since you provide us some info about it.
