Good question, and thanks for asking.
I think it'd be best to explain why it didn't work out here to clear the air.
Unfortunately as we're a team based in Australia, regulatory actions are still in the works and as such the ground on which we stand was rather unstable. Having three members of our team in government positions, the consensus from our legal advice was to either,
A) Face heavy regulatory fee's in order to reach compliance in Australia;
B) Create an offshore entity and operate as this
Given option B was very tempting, our teams position in governments put them at liability with taxation etc. As such, we decided it may be best to focus our efforts into different endeavors and operate elsewhere.
Hope that clears the air a little, don't hesitate to ask any other questions I'll get back to you ASAP.
Collaboration with an offshore entity was definitely discussed, but as discussed regarding our current positions, it's not of our best interest to face any potential taxation and/or implications which may jeopardize current job stability, especially in such early stages of the project.
As for being ambiguous about the project itself, this was not intended and I do apologize. Given most people contacting me are creating their own projects, I'll be happy to elaborate further on what we intend to help the buyer with.
We'll be offering them a market plan and copy designed specifically to target audiences of males between 21-35 involved/interested in online wagering. Calls to action are marked clearly in all of our documents, and specific formats on the landing page have been taken to clearly target this specific audience, this information will all be handed over the buyer so they can edit/change to fit their project.
Regarding the implementation, the project itself has two variants of the whitepaper (one was a work in progress prior to legal advancements). These variants discussed the implementation plans, one being utilizing the ERC20 Token Standard and the other NEP-5 (NEO's standard). We had started the copy of NEP-5 as our developers have extensive experience in Python, and utilizing this would help us save costs and time in the development of the platform we intended to utilize our token on.
As discussed earlier, ideally I'd like to just pass the torch on to another project, but definitely if someone wants to take over our project I am open to this discussion. Definitely if you're not afraid to put your project out to the public, send it over here and I'll be happy to just answer the questions directly on the post also.
Hopefully this clears a few things up, let me know if there's any details unclear.
