That's obvious for us, but he is preying on newbies who know no better and that's how he is scamming and that's how he is making money.

Have you actually gotten scammed or are you just posting this as a warning as he deleted your post?
If you did get scammed, please provide some proof so that DT members can tag him more efficiently.

Agree. Self moderated and locked threads shouldn't be allowed in market section. If a seller needs to moderate or lock his thread, that means he's afraid of bad comments, thus not clear in his business. self moderated threads in any marketplace section should be removed
