I'm in Chinese and have visited 2 mask factories today!
The 1st one was an electronic cigarette factory but failed, they changed the class-10000 dust-free workshop to produce KN95 and disposable masks.
Quality and price is good, but the MOQ is very high! Many machines there can deliver 500K pcs of KN95 in 7-10days!
The 2nd is a new factory built for the disctrict government, only disposable masks available.
They can get cheaper raw materials, and the gov will buy their masks for hospitals and schools, the price is cheaper! But the factory is still new, only 2 lines and new lines are waiting!
