1) knc does not pay the electricity because it comes from a hydroelectric plant.
2) knc does not pay the cooling of the farm because it is located at the north pole.
What are the costs of maintaining a farm? The staff? 3-4 people (maximum 10) that control the farm are more than enough.
Their price is iingiustificabile unjustifiable. They are crazy !

At current rates 1TH can hardly pull in more than $9 usd a day...at the time when a depreciating asset should earn the most (i.e. the start of the contract - lets face it this is what it really is) it would not even cover the monthly cost i.e. $333 usd.
