I made an account for a similar matter. Kncminer are scammers, as soon as they have your money they don't want to know you. They have blocked my phone number and my emails (both were confirmed by third parties).

I purchased hosting around a month ago and I am STILL awaiting my refund while I watch the BTC price skyrocket. Because I paid in BTC (12.9), I was going to turn the USD refund (even though I should receive BTC back) back into BTC. Now I am looking at getting HALF of my refund back due to kncminer's lack of interest for my refund. They are obviously just riding the price up so they can give back as little as possible.

This is a nightmare! Anyone who would feel angry at losing thousands due to a company vanishing on them would be pissed off. I will be posting my own thread in the next 24 hours with EVERYTHING.

I will not stop until kncminer is brought before the courts and convicted. To the OP, I want to be part of your complaint. I have already called the Stockholm police and 'Scam watch' who have both recommended the AFP to launch a formal investigation. My Government has a huge interest in scammers.

I assume you would have to send it back to them for them to verify the units are broken. So they can give you new units.

I don't think this case is that complicated !
Rather you send us two working units or you give us our money back... Huh Angry

Why would they send you 2? You said  you have a broken unit.

And exactlly this is the problem ! You have not replied to us since then ! We asked you to propose an adequate solution until today...But no answer ! It was also not possible to call anybody of KNC miner to work this problem out. Angry

Are you really a customer? All emails, unless abuse are answered.

If you really are PM me your order number and I'll see what the issue is.

Also it's not a consumer product, that's never been a secret.

We have received a broken KNC Miner and gave them time to solve the issue until today.
Unfortunately they do not reply to our emails and phone calls (!).

Not only that we paid a premium to KNC for fast-delivery (confirmed by Sam), worst is to have received a broken unit and just get ignored by this company.

This is completely unacceptable ! If you face similiar problems please post here.

For the moment we advise you to file a complaint at the Swedish Consumer Agency:
