they are able return a small amounts (someone use my account for pay diablo2 online, they gave my € back), but if you pay 6000$ it's too risky for them. it's not like ebay where after you sold something  you can not move with the money till ebay feedback or 3 weeks waiting time.

I recently contacted KNC,via [email protected] asking about buyer protection because for those like me whom paid for the pre-order via Paypal to have some sort of peace-of-mind the period is almost up. Emilia Cole sent me an email back stating that KNC have an agreement with Paypal to extend this period of 45 days up until shipping.

So, I thought I'll call Paypal to verify this... the agent adamantly told me that there is no such 'deal'. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation? It does seem very suspicious for a company whom seem to want openness.

ps.
Before I bought into KNC's pre-order frenzy... I contacted PayPal questioning them about buyer protection, the agent mentioned that you can be protected all the way up to the proposed shipping date and more but you had to do a bit of work on your part and KNC had to put in their fair share too. It involves getting a refund before the protection period and 'buying' the item again, rinse and repeat up until shipping I guess.
