Ya, me and a couple friends bought one of the first public batch ones at $13000 last December and we just refunded. It doesn't make any sense to keep waiting. You can get equivalent power available now, for less.

So in other words, none of these will ROI in it's lifetime.
You might want to get a better probability scale, it's showing the wrong exchange rate price and showing only 12% difficulty increases.
