Yes exactly. All these just means they are just "hoping" to achieve those targets. I am having serious doubts about their credibility.

That is just their FPGA named Mars.

They have shared any videos or pics of their ASICs.

And the video they last shared was on 10/Jun/2013 and too of the Mars.

I think they don't really have a working prototype of the ASIC.

And if their FPGA draws 440W hashing at 6.2Ghs, how can they claim that their smallest ASIC, which is the Mercury will draw only 250W hashing at 100GHs?

Their ASIC is not designed by them. They have partnered with OrSoc who i have heard are the pioneers in ASIC designing in Europe.
However, 100gh/s per chip raises my eyebrow. Whatever calculation i do, i don't end up with that hash rate per chip. (FYI : I've a masters degree from NYU)

If it miraculously did hash at ~ 100 gh per chip, then think of the heat dissipated from one of those and the cooling required to maintain it the product atleast at ~ 70C
Other question that people forget to ask is the durability of the chip itself at such high heat.

Think of it, if they do hash and work only for a week, then what is the point. There are a lot of questions in my mind due to which am waiting and watching to see atleast a prototype in someone's hands.

just my 2 cents.!

We all have heard about the swedish company - KnCminer. They are offering all kinds of price-effective mining hardware and promising a October delivery.

But, it sounds too good to be true and on the internet, if some deal does sound too good-to-be-true, then most of the time it is a scam.

I tried looking into the company and haven't found any solid proof to substantiate their claims.

On the website, they don't even put images of the miner itself, its just diagrams.

No one has got any delivery from them yet.

They haven't uploaded any video showing the miner itself either.

Has anyone of you got any solid proofs to say this isn't just another big scam?
