Anyway, I don't think testnet faucets are going to exist for much longer, now that testnet4 is officially a BIP and is being planned for. There will obviously still be testnet coins, but everyone's coins will be wiped out unless they can get some of the new coins.
Fees and testnet4 will soon end this faucet, until I have testnet4 t4BTC to continue this.

I've reduced the faucet reduction. The amounts are a bit higher again. This is possible because the abuse ended, and I have more testnet Bitcoin available.
