Seems you're not the one who experienced this problem, as what the link posted of the other guy. All the replies were caused of some issue. But why do people use this exchange? It's just new and doesn't have any good reviews. You're just risking your funds without knowing the people behind this platform now I guess it's over.
I have to upset you, but most likely you(als myself) lost your money.
Few hour ago I request withdraw and 2FA authenticator works for me, but my coins are stuck in processing status..
I found already, that same happened with a lot people so most likely it is scam!

But what do you mean by your 2fa authenticator isn't working? Do you mean the site aren't accepting the codes? If thats the case maybe it isn't properly sync. In google authenticator theres an option on settings for that. Click the vertical three dots --> Settings --> Time Correction for codes --> Sync now

Hello everyone... new guy here... Hope you had a great holiday weekend!!!
Well the New site Koinbi is up and running, but my coins are stuck becuase the 2FA authenticator is not working and i cannot disable. I emailed Koinbi, bit it gets kicked back.
The founders of Koinbi site their email attachment does not even open to know their email. I tweeted them 30 hours ago with no responce. If it was $20 i would not worry about it but its near $1000 of hold Coins.
I reinstalled the Googles 2FA, as i have the 16 digit secret Key, but nothing....
I looked up Googles authentication issues and basically it comes down to the administrative team of Koinbi to help me out..
I honestly Do not know what to do?
Please if anyone has any insight please contact me..
