Thanks, my account got locked because of too simple username and possible brute force attempts. I gor contact with support and they advised me to create new account with difficult username. All is fixed now, thanks for the help.
You probably got locked due to inactivity. Follow the steps here. If you want to speed things up, make a post in Reddit mentioning your ticket ID (after submitting one).
I do not know the exact solution for your issue but, I would suggest you to drop a mail to their support email id they do respond. I had a issue where I had missed memo while I deposited funds and wanted to recover their support team did respond to me on mail and helped me out.

Today I try to login to my Kraken.com account, after not logging in there for over a year. I tried to login and it gives me the account is temporarily disabled error. Than I reset password and try to login, it still gives me the same error. Does anyone know how to solve this?
