Problems already started 2 years ago. But it was very rare and only non-stop traders noticed it.
But with every new coin added and every new customer the problems got worse and where never fixed.
New trade engine and new API was already promised a year ago. None of the bugs, that only happend rarely before, were fixed. Now they happen every day and people are loosing money.
Don't get me wrong, I still like Kraken and will use them whenever possible. But at the moment there are not many moments were it is usable.

That's terrible. Why do you still like it given the unreliability? The fee structure?
It even takes forever to fund an account. Weeks.
