Just updating this thread.... The "cancel requested" status had changed to "cancelled"..... But the 2 bitcoins are not shown in my balance.....  Has anyone else ever experienced this?  Do you think I'll get them back?

The kraken sounds like it's working in slow motion. If you wait for another day you might get them back.


As a follow up, I can confirm that the 2 x BTC have just appeared back on the account (just over 7hrs after I cancelled the transfer). So, don't panic if this happens to you folks, it's a glitch.

Thank you very much. I'll do that now. Hopefully they're quicker than the support ticket replies as I've seen this take 9 weeks plus.

I tried to withdraw 2 BTC to my Trezor but 10hrs later and it just said "pending". My Trezor never acknowledged the transaction. The address is correct as I've used it to withdraw from Kraken before (so it's not that).

After 10hrs of 'pending' I decided to use the red cross to cancel the withdrawal request. Now it just says 'Cancel Requested'. How long does this take at all?

Please can someone help as this is urgent and I can't wait 9 weeks for their support team to send me a reply?
