Got them after 24hrs, they have a backlog on this.
I have had the same problem with a withdrawal of ether that i have done yesterday.
The withdrawal is on status Cancelled but cryptos are still missing from the account.

Tried your suggestions, did not work. I also think it is due to their poor performance, will keep trying in the meanwhile.
Try to log out then clean your cache, cookies, history and try again. Similar already happened to me and after 1 hour I got it back in balance. I guess it's because of the poor performance of the website. Really hope it will end soon :/
