Verification taking two days isn't unheard of, but you should contact them, they're fairly responsive to these sort of requests.

Maybe this post was the lucky ticket...verification just went through, though only to tier 1. Still waiting for tier 2.
That is normal, considering that you're dealing with a legitimate exchange that deals with a huge amount of money every single day. Mine takes a weeks before getting verified since they would sift through public documents and whatnot first before allowing you to trade and withdraw money on their platform. There are queues on getting the verification done so it could also be one of the reasons why it's taking time to get all the verification steps completed. Hang in there, give it a week before bumping the concern to their customer support.

I am obviously a newbie, and just playing around with xrp and sonm and such. Wanted to use Kraken to buy but is it normal that verification for tier 2 should take days? I know it is busy but I submitted this 2 days ago.
Should I contact them, or is this normal?
Mean time I was buying with coinbase and transferring to finance so no huge loss. I am just learning after all.
