Sorry for your loss but I will say you aren't careful about your fund. You know why? Even you didn't joined their social media linked on website. I am wondering how you had got this exchange's address? When I have visited their telegram group which has linked on website bottom, I noticed thousands of comment about their withdrawal issue and scam issue. Any conscious traders couldn't make deposit on their scam platform when they will see their telegram group. I don't know why this exchange still list this telegram group on their website but likely forgot about it. That's the benefits of public discussions, sometimes you might realize current situation.
Do your own diligence before you put your money anywhere else. Try to use Google search and forum search as well. Join their social media and read review about their platform.

OP before making the transaction from Binance to Kryptono it was your responsibility to check these scam accusation. As i am seeing here that your forum account is old enough but not properly active. You have mentioned that you made the transaction recently. If you were active enough and make a search before finalizing fund transfer maybe that could keep you safer. So recently I sent 213 XRP from Binance to Kryptono. The withdrawal was marked as “success” on Binance and the transaction shows confirmed by Blockchain but I Haven't received anything on my Kryptono account. Everything was correct though ! I mean The address and the deposit tag.
I contacted them many times and I've submitted 3 requests but no response. It is obvious that they are a bunch of scammers.
So guys please stay away from this exchange. Don't believe the high volume and the prices that shows on coinmarketcap, it is fake. I think it's made by bots so that they attract traders and then they steal their coins. Avoid it !!!!
