Yes. When I contacted Kucoin support team, they said that transaction is pending for 6 confirmations. So I thought it is a fault of them, If it is not their fault, they should tell to the trader.

Jeez, I've been waiting for >30 minutes and was starting to get inpatient. It's a little unnerving as I'm just starting out, so can't help thinking maybe I've made a mistake and my money is gone. Not a tiny amount either....Even some notification it was pending would be nice. Huh

Yesterday night I transferred BTC to Kucoin exchange wallet. But it's still processing. I can't believe they are taking such a long time to process this. After 12h, I asked for the customer support and they said "be patient". Define this slow process harms to the image of Kucoin exchange. Anyone else got this kind of issue with Kucoin?
