I am having the same problem today. Happpened twice. The first time it resolved on its own after  a couple of hours. Anybody knows why the kucoin assets are being put into this reserved category while no order is alive?

Might be just the speed of the website as I can agree with the above .. the site seem to lag often. So wish you good luck with your issue.

How is your impression overall of the exchange?

It was temporary error from Kucoin. Just wait, your balance will be restored.

Ah, now cleared up after a few hours - guess it's just sloooow

It was temporary error from Kucoin.

They were overloaded today. I also had few orders like that, sucked in Reserved for hours.

I just transferred som money to Kucoin and made a trade into ETH. Although now the funds I traded is just in "reserved assets" and I can't cancel the order, nor does it looks like it is in the order books.
If you have tried this before, did you just wait for it to appear again or did you contact support? This is the first time I am using Kucoin exchange..

really bro, emang a little slow.
but try to wait
if more than 1 day please contact customer service

This exchange is shit, I was trying it for the first time, I am glad I only did a fraction of what I intended. Wtf, orders not processed, not appearing anywhere and yet the funds are frozen. Totally unprofessional.

I am facing two issues:

- A 20 hours withdrawal showing as succeeded but Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash on etherescan
- order submitted but not showing nor in active and dealt, and the coins traded are both missing from the funds.

Do you know what are the reasons behind this?

I have the same problem. I put some order to buy XRB and my BTC is now parked into "reserved assets". When I go to open orders, there is none so I can't cancel, my funds are basically frozen Sad

Kucoin is slow as heck most of the time. Not sure it's because of high volume. I always see very low volume on the site, but, it's always slow. They are still new to this space and will figure it out sooner or later, I hope.

Hopefully the Kucoin immediately respond to your response, so it can provide enlightenment with others.
