Made some research about the first project on kucoin spotlight multiVAC and discovered its a unique project with serious team member who  ready to build and improve the project.  Hope to get into the IEO

I have no idea about the project though I searched for it on google but all I see was the information of the packaging company. Anyway this is an IEO then. Looks like there is no chance for bounty hunters to actually gain something from this IEO. I however doubt whether it will also collect good amount of fundings when its not well promoted in wider audience.

In this link https://www.kucoin.com/news/en-token-sale-of-multivac-of-kucoin-spotlight-will-start-on-april-3rd which was made available does not mention other forms of payment beyond of KCS, but informs that it will have a maximum value to contribute by user: 3600 USD. So the whales are inoperative.
