I doubt if he's a COVID victim as he was active 5 days ago  - https://github.com/pluja?tab=overview&from=2021-07-01&to=2021-07-31
nice. should've checked closer. maybe money issue to pay servers.

Well, it looks like your prayer has been answered. I tried checking the site today, and it's back online with a cool redesign. The exchanges are now ranked according to the Kycnot.meScore (KS) with bisq leading the pack with a maximum score of 10

Check it out  Wink

There is alternative kycnot website with some additional information and you can use it while original version is being redesigned, but I am not sure how often this is updated:

Unless there has been an announcement, it's best to always give voluntary works more time cause they're usually being done in someone else's free time and could be one of their least priorities which makes delays not surprising.

Meanwhile, you can also check the last saved webpage of it in: https://web.archive.org/web/20210422014907/https://kycnot.me/

so. I guess down for good :S
github also: Jun 17, 2021

hope the guy is still alive. maybe a covid victim :S
There's no need to worry yet. pluja is still active with other projects in July and August, though he hasn't been as active as he as in June, but there's still hope. Maybe he just doesn't have enough time lately.

The ReadMe file on their GitHub repository has been last updated five days ago, and it says that the website is down for a re-design so it shouldn't take long since it's UP again.

In the meantime, you can always download the source code and host it in your PC (if you have the knowledge to do so): https://github.com/pluja/kycnot
