I did not use the primary email. I only use the secondary email to see how scam works.
It is advisable to use a VPN as well. I appreciate your positivity in reporting this scam domain related to a Ponzi scheme, and you succeeded in taking it down to prevent potential victims from falling for the fake investment plans and profits they might be enticed by on this scam domain.

Looks like a one-man operation. Have to even use Gmail for “support”.  Grin
To calm them down, they send out such emails so that they still have some hope that the site is still operating.
They have a user database and their emails. They now use Gmail to calm the victims' fears after the Kyrptcatalyst domain was taken down to maintain communication with the victims. They then direct them to a new scam domain, claiming that there was maintenance on the old domain.

When it comes to Ponzi schemes I come across seen since I was teen, I have seen the excuse of upgraded numerous times. This usually happens when they stop making payments to the users. To calm them down, they send out such emails so that they still have some hope that the site is still operating.

This is the classic model of every Ponzi scheme and I hope you do not use your primary email to register for these services in the future as you will receive tons of spam and scam messages. The best thing you did was to report this fraudulent domain, but they will continue to appear as long as these domains make profits for them. will make Their profits are zero until they stop creating more of them.

I'd have to agree with ScamViruS, I mean, it is a great excuse for an exit scam. the emails to people who have registered and probably deposited money on their website are to make them not panic and give them false hope that the website will be up again, I wouldn't be surprised if that email is the last time they send to the people who have registered and deposited on their website

This is the case with all Ponzi scheme and hyip websites, when they reach their target they come up with various excuses to fool the users. We have seen many ponzi websites in the past make excuses like this before running away with the money.

I don't think this website is down due to your complaint, actually those who were behind this website downed the website, because of scamming the funds of the users who have invested. So this mail of theirs is just an excuse and nothing else.

Last year I was researching about crypto scam and by chance I found website called kyrptcatalyst a crypto website with address in British Columbia but upon searching the address it was located in empty forest and the registration certificate was fake. They offer about 10 percent or more daily return something like that.

I created an account but I did not deposit a cent.

I reported the domain to namecheap and the website disappeared after few days. Namecheap policy don’t allow hyip website Or Crypto investment without permission. After website disappeared I got an email from kyrptcatalyst on January 31st 2024 and that what they said:

They used Gmail email and until now the site is inactive and that seems an excuse email as they made a lot of money and that is Ponzi scheme and no real investment.

I think they took down their domain because I report it to namecheap.
