Sounds like a faulty watt meter.

^This.
Or, the almost exact double of what would be expected at the wall (~900W) might suggest that the user is metering a 110V line with a 220V power meter.

230v here

thanks for the intel guys, I will let my buyer know to test with another watt metre

Hey all,

I have sold an antminer l3+ to someone who says that the device is drawing 1800w at the wall with the bitmain PSU.

does this sound like a PSU problem or a miner Problem?

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

Cheers all
